08 Feb Easy Delicious Tikoy Recipe
Tikoy or (Nian Gao) is a popular sweet food in Philippines, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong during Chinese New year. This sweet was initially came from China and now was adapted by Filipinos as we also celebrate Chinese New year. There are variety of Tikoy flavours in the Philippines like white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, ube, pandan and many more. My favourite flavour is the brown sugar because brown sugar gives different aroma and it is not too sweet.
