Korean Chicken Wings Actifry

 

Korean Chicken wings Actifry is one of my favourite dish. It’s easy to cook and very delicious. When using T-Fal Actifry, I feel like I’m eating a healthier version of deep fried chicken wings. Just to remember, T-Fal Actifry only need to use 1 Tbsp of Oil.

When I bring the Korean Chicken Wings at the office, many people asked me on how to cook it because it doesn’t only looks good but taste good!

The dish is very is to follow. You just have to remember to start with preparing your “batter” mixture by  mixing the all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a large container. Grab an egg and beat it and dip the chicken wings, once done, put the chicken in the flour mixture and make sure it is evenly coated. Do this for all your chicken wings and put it in the Actifry. Cook the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until its golden crisp.

While waiting for our chicken wings to cook, let’s prepare our sauce. Grab a bowl and mix the apple cider vinegar, light soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds and Korean chilli paste to make the sauce. Set aside.

Once the chicken wings is ready, grab a wing or two and put in the sauce and make sure it is evenly coated. Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Korean Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Egg
Instructions
  1. Grab a large container and mix the all purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Grab an egg and beat it
  3. Dip the chicken wings in the egg and dip in the flour mixture until well coated
  4. Put the chicken wings in the Actifry and cook for 30 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, mix apple cider vinegar, light soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds and Korean chilli paste to make the sauce.
  6. Once the chicken wings is cooked, deep the chicken wings in the sauce and enjoy!
