Homemade Almond Milk

Homemade almond milk is one of the best drink you can have at home. Not only it is easy to make and it is very healthy as well.

 

This another homemade almond milk is so different because most people tend to use cheese cloth. But in my recipe, I say away with using a cheese cloth because it is, in my opinion, messy to use.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 cups Water
Instructions
  1. Place the almonds in a container and fill up with water
  2. Place the soaked almonds in the fridge for at least 4 hours
  3. Disregard the water and keep the almonds aside
  4. Place the almonds together with 2 cups of water in a blender and blend it for 1-2 minutes at high
  5. Separate the almond meal with the milk by using a strainer
  6. To get a finer milk, use a coffee filter afterwards.
Recipe Notes
Some people may use cheese cloth instead of strainer and coffee filter
