Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 carrots diced
  • 2 bell peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup relish
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
  2. Combine ground pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, carrots, bell peppers, relish, soy sauce, tabasco, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix well
  3. Fill half of the 5x9" pan with ground pork, add the hard-boiled eggs and add more ground pork and form into a loaf
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until it is fully cooked
