Fresh Tomato Soup
Servings: 4 people
- 4 cups tomatoes
- 4 garlic
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
In a stockpot, combine tomatoes, garlic, onion and chicken broth. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a blender and blend until it is smooth. Separate the mixture with the remaining stuffs
In a stockpot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux. Whisk the tomato mixture and add salt and pepper to taste
