Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 6 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions

Preheat oven at 375 F.

Mix egg whites and cream of tartar until it reaches soft peak.

Combine egg yolks, butter and almond flour. Add the egg whites and mix it together but make sure not to over beat.

Bake for 40 minutes.
