Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves garlic choped
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 0.5 pound chinese sausage
- 3 eggs beaten
Instructions

Heat a pot over medium heat

Add butter. Saute garlic until slightly brown then add red bell pepper and cauliflower.

Add soy sauce and chinese sausage and mix well.

Stir in the eggs and cook until the eggs are incorporated with the rest of the ingredients and fully cooked. Serve hot.
