Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream
Servings: 3 scoops
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 tablespoon stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 trays Ice
- 1/3 cup Salt
Put all the ingredients in a small ziplock bag. Put the ziplock in another small ziplock to prevent any leakage.
Grab a bigger ziplock and add ice and salt. Put the smaller ziplock inside and close tightly.
Shake for around 10-15 minutes until the ice cream starts to form. Serve immediately.
