Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 eggs
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients until everything is mix properly.
  2. Lightly oil the skillet or griddle. Take a big scoop of batter onto the griddle to make 3-4 inches of diameter. Flip and cook properly.

    How many pancakes id this supposed to make? I know serving says 4- is that 1 pancake each?
