Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Butter unsalted
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 eggs
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients until everything is mix properly.

Lightly oil the skillet or griddle. Take a big scoop of batter onto the griddle to make 3-4 inches of diameter. Flip and cook properly.
