Low Carb Keto Double Chocolate Brownie

- 3 Egg
- 5 teaspoon(s) Splenda
- 2 tablespoon(s) almond flour
- 1/4 cup(s) cocoa powder unsweetened
- 50 gram(s) 90% Dark Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
In a mixing bowl, add egg, vanilla extract and spenda and mix well until tripled in volume, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 - 60 seconds.
Combine dark chocolate and egg mixture slowly
Add almond flour and cocoa powder, mix very well.
Spray the baking pan with oil or line with parchment paper. Add the mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
