Low Carb Keto Beef Lasagna

- 8 Egg
- 250 gram(s) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) almond flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1/4, Onion
- 4 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 250 milliliter(s) Sour cream
- 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) Parsley's
Preheat oven at 300F
Beat eggs, cream cheese and almond flour. Pour into a baking pan line with parchment paper and bake for 10-15minutes.
In a casserole, heat the olive oil and saute the onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
Add italian seasonings, black pepper, salt, and tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
Combine sour cream, heavy cream, cheedar cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley.
Preheat oven at 400F
Grab a 9x13 baking pan. Place the pasta, sauce and cheese toppings in layers and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese turned to golden brown.
Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve hot. Enjoy!
