Ingredients
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon(s) stevia
  • 250 gram(s) unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites and stevia and beat the egg whites until firm peak.
  3. Combine the shredded coconut and take a spoonful of macaroons to baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    I calculate nearly 2 net carbs per piece. Unsweetened shredded coconut is not all fiber. What brand are you using?

      Some people let me know that fiber calculates differently where you are from. Anyhow, I use great value from Walmart.
