Low Carb Keto Coconut Cinnamon Muffin
Servings: 9 Muffin
Ingredients
Cinnamon Muffin
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon stevia
Cinnamon Toppings
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350F.

In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, butter, eggs, vanilla extract and stevia.

Divide the batter into 9 parts and place into a muffin cups.

Combine stevia and cinnamon powder and place on top of the muffin

Bake for 8-12 minutes until it is fully cooked.

Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve!
