Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup oil
Fritters
  • 250 grams canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Serving
  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 tablespoons mayonaise
Instructions
  1. Place the fritter ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Divide the fritters into 16 balls and then flatten it like a burger patty.
  2. Pour the oil into a large fryan pan. Fry the fritter in the hot oil for 2 minutes per side then transfer into cooling rack.
  3. Divide the lettuce leaves and top with the fritters and mayonaise.
  4. Enjoy!

    It says it makes 16 patties, but what is the recommended serving size for 3.6 net carbs?
