Easy Delicious Tikoy Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Water
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 + 1 Tbsp + Tsp Oil
  • 3 3/4 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Mix water, brown sugar, vanilla extract, 1 tbsp oil and glutinous rice flour. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
  • Grab a baking pan and baste it with the remaining of 1tsp of oil
  • Pour the tikoy mixture
  • Steam for 1 hour
  • Let it cool completely
  • Slice the tikoy into 1/2 inch thick and dip in egg
  • Pan fry both side until egg is full cook
