Easy Tinolang Manok Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Inch Ginger sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Kg Chicken cut
  • 2 L Water
  • 2 Chayote chopped
  • 6 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 bunch Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in the cooking pot
  • When the oil becomes hot, saute ginger and onion
  • When the onion becomes soft, put in the chicken and brown both sides
  • Put the water and sliced chayote. Let boil and simmer for 45 minutes
  • Add fish sauce and pepper to taste
  • Add spinach leaves and simmer for another 5 minutes
  • Server hot and enjoy!
