  • 4 cups tomatoes
  • 4 garlic
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  • In a stockpot, combine tomatoes, garlic, onion and chicken broth. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer to a blender and blend until it is smooth. Separate the mixture with the remaining stuffs
  • In a stockpot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux. Whisk the tomato mixture and add salt and pepper to taste
