Homemade Almond Milk Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Place the almonds in a container and fill up with water
  • Place the soaked almonds in the fridge for at least 4 hours
  • Disregard the water and keep the almonds aside
  • Place the almonds together with 2 cups of water in a blender and blend it for 1-2 minutes at high
  • Separate the almond meal with the milk by using a strainer
  • To get a finer milk, use a coffee filter afterwards.

Notes

Some people may use cheese cloth instead of strainer and coffee filter
