Ingredients
  

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 375 F.
  • Mix egg whites and cream of tartar until it reaches soft peak.
  • Combine egg yolks, butter and almond flour. Add the egg whites and mix it together but make sure not to over beat.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.

    what size bread pan did you use? a 4×8 or a 9×5 please?

      I used 9 x 5.
