Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/4 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tsp stevia
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 325 degrees F
  • Combine almond flour and butter and press onto silicone cupcake cup.
  • With a mixer, beat cream cheese, stevia, vanilla and eggs. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Pour over crust.
  • Bake for 50 minutes and let it completely cool.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours. Enjoy!
