Low Carb Cheesecake
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/4 tbsp butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 tsp stevia
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven at 325 degrees F
- Combine almond flour and butter and press onto silicone cupcake cup.
- With a mixer, beat cream cheese, stevia, vanilla and eggs. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes and let it completely cool.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours. Enjoy!
