  • 3 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon stevia


  • Mix peanut butter, cocoa powder, almond flour and stevia.
  • Form a ball and coat with shredded coconut. Freeze for 2 hours and serve.
