Low Carb Fried Rice / Keto Fried Rice
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves garlic choped
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 cauliflower
- 4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 0.5 pound chinese sausage
- 3 eggs beaten
- Heat a pot over medium heat
- Add butter. Saute garlic until slightly brown then add red bell pepper and cauliflower.
- Add soy sauce and chinese sausage and mix well.
- Stir in the eggs and cook until the eggs are incorporated with the rest of the ingredients and fully cooked. Serve hot.
