  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves garlic choped
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 pound chinese sausage
  • 3 eggs beaten


  • Heat a pot over medium heat
  • Add butter. Saute garlic until slightly brown then add red bell pepper and cauliflower.
  • Add soy sauce and chinese sausage and mix well.
  • Stir in the eggs and cook until the eggs are incorporated with the rest of the ingredients and fully cooked. Serve hot.
