Ingredients
  

  • 8 Egg
  • 250 gram(s) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/4, Onion
  • 4 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 250 milliliter(s) Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) Parsley's

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 300F
  • Beat eggs, cream cheese and almond flour. Pour into a baking pan line with parchment paper and bake for 10-15minutes.
  • In a casserole, heat the olive oil and saute the onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add italian seasonings, black pepper, salt, and tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Combine sour cream, heavy cream, cheedar cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Preheat oven at 400F
  • Grab a 9x13 baking pan. Place the pasta, sauce and cheese toppings in layers and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese turned to golden brown.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve hot. Enjoy!
