Low Carb Keto Beef Lasagna
- 8 Egg
- 250 gram(s) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) almond flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1/4, Onion
- 4 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Italian Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 250 milliliter(s) Sour cream
- 1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) Parsley's
- Preheat oven at 300F
- Beat eggs, cream cheese and almond flour. Pour into a baking pan line with parchment paper and bake for 10-15minutes.
- In a casserole, heat the olive oil and saute the onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add italian seasonings, black pepper, salt, and tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
- Combine sour cream, heavy cream, cheedar cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Preheat oven at 400F
- Grab a 9x13 baking pan. Place the pasta, sauce and cheese toppings in layers and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese turned to golden brown.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve hot. Enjoy!
