Low Carb Keto Coconut Cinnamon Muffin

Ingredients
  

Cinnamon Muffin

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon stevia

Cinnamon Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 350F.
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, butter, eggs, vanilla extract and stevia.
  • Divide the batter into 9 parts and place into a muffin cups.
  • Combine stevia and cinnamon powder and place on top of the muffin
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes until it is fully cooked.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve!
