Ingredients
  

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon(s) stevia
  • 250 gram(s) unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites and stevia and beat the egg whites until firm peak.
  • Combine the shredded coconut and take a spoonful of macaroons to baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    I calculate nearly 2 net carbs per piece. Unsweetened shredded coconut is not all fiber. What brand are you using?

      Some people let me know that fiber calculates differently where you are from. Anyhow, I use great value from Walmart.

    Look up dried, unsweetened coconut flaked or shredded., 250g has 18g net carbs so THIS recipe might be yummy but NO WAY its 0 carbs, please make sure your calculations are correct before posting information.
