Low Carb Keto Coconut Zucchini Fries
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 zucchini
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon italian seasonings
- Preheat oven at 425 F
- Cut the zucchinis into strips
- Combine shredded coconut, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and italian seasosings. Mix well.
- Dip zucchini strips into egg then into breadcrumbs mixture and transfer to a baking pan
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
