Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 zucchini

Breadcrumbs Mixture

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 425 F
  • Cut the zucchinis into strips
  • Combine shredded coconut, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and italian seasosings. Mix well.
  • Dip zucchini strips into egg then into breadcrumbs mixture and transfer to a baking pan
  • Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
