Ingredients
  

  • 3 Egg
  • 5 teaspoon(s) Splenda
  • 2 tablespoon(s) almond flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 50 gram(s) 90% Dark Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add egg, vanilla extract and spenda and mix well until tripled in volume, set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 - 60 seconds.
  • Combine dark chocolate and egg mixture slowly
  • Add almond flour and cocoa powder, mix very well.
  • Spray the baking pan with oil or line with parchment paper. Add the mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
