Low Carb Keto Double Chocolate Brownie
- 3 Egg
- 5 teaspoon(s) Splenda
- 2 tablespoon(s) almond flour
- 1/4 cup(s) cocoa powder unsweetened
- 50 gram(s) 90% Dark Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
- In a mixing bowl, add egg, vanilla extract and spenda and mix well until tripled in volume, set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 - 60 seconds.
- Combine dark chocolate and egg mixture slowly
- Add almond flour and cocoa powder, mix very well.
- Spray the baking pan with oil or line with parchment paper. Add the mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
