Low Carb Keto Vanilla Cupcake
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- Preheat oven at 350 F.
- Combine coconut flour, unsweetened shredded coconut, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract, butter and eggs. Mix well.
- Grab a muffin pan and line it up with a cupcake liner (paper or silicon will work). Add the cupcake mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
