Low Carb Salmon Fritter Wraps | Keto Salmon Fritter Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oil

Fritters

  • 250 grams canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Serving

  • 8 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 tablespoons mayonaise

Instructions
 

  • Place the fritter ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Divide the fritters into 16 balls and then flatten it like a burger patty.
  • Pour the oil into a large fryan pan. Fry the fritter in the hot oil for 2 minutes per side then transfer into cooling rack.
  • Divide the lettuce leaves and top with the fritters and mayonaise.
  • Enjoy!

    It says it makes 16 patties, but what is the recommended serving size for 3.6 net carbs?
