Low Carb Salmon Fritter Wraps | Keto Salmon Fritter Wraps
- 1/3 cup oil
- 250 grams canned salmon
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 tablespoons mayonaise
- Place the fritter ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Divide the fritters into 16 balls and then flatten it like a burger patty.
- Pour the oil into a large fryan pan. Fry the fritter in the hot oil for 2 minutes per side then transfer into cooling rack.
- Divide the lettuce leaves and top with the fritters and mayonaise.
