Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 trays Ice
  • 1/3 cup Salt


  • Put all the ingredients in a small ziplock bag. Put the ziplock in another small ziplock to prevent any leakage.
  • Grab a bigger ziplock and add ice and salt. Put the smaller ziplock inside and close tightly.
  • Shake for around 10-15 minutes until the ice cream starts to form. Serve immediately.
