Preheat oven at 350 F
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, salt, egg, coconut oil and water. Transfer the crust in a springfoam pan or baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, add butter. Saute garlic and onion until onion until soft. Add ground pork, dried oregano, tomato paste and water. Simmer until the pork is cooked.
In another mixing bowl, combine cottage and cheddar cheese. Set aside.
Take the crust out of the oven and layer with the filling and top it up with cheese. Bake for another 40 minutes.

Posted at 19:55h, 27 AugustI used a 22cm springform. Only put 1 spoon of sesame seeds. I also added a tablespoon of Harissa paste to the meat mixture which was 2/3rds beef and 1/3rd pork. Plenty of pastry to cover the bottom and come up the sides.
